Volumes jump at GPT Infraprojects counter
Hero MotoCorp, Financial Technologies (India), Gujarat Industries Power Company and Rico Auto Industries are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 14 December 2015.
GPT Infraprojects clocked volume of 6.98 lakh shares by 13:48 IST on BSE, a 33.83 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 21,000 shares. The stock was locked at 10% upper circuit at Rs 179.20.
Hero MotoCorp notched up volume of 3.21 lakh shares, a 16.64-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 19,000 shares. The stock gained 1.03% at Rs 2,549.40.
Financial Technologies (India) saw volume of 8.54 lakh shares, a 14.12-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 60,000 shares. The stock advanced 19.03% at Rs 118.55.
Gujarat Industries Power Company clocked volume of 7.09 lakh shares, a 6.02-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.18 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.69% at Rs 78.45.
Rico Auto Industries saw volume of 13.88 lakh shares, a 3.62-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 3.84 lakh shares. The stock shed 0.1% at Rs 48.85.
