Ipca Laboratories clocked volume of 1.45 lakh shares by 13:41 IST on BSE, a 8.98 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 16,000 shares. The stock rose 2.19% at Rs 671.05.
Container Corporation of India notched up volume of 37,000 shares, a 4.93-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock fell 2.03% at Rs 1,788.40.
Force Motors saw volume of 1.49 lakh shares, a 3.92-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 38,000 shares. The stock advanced 5.26% at Rs 1,651.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries clocked volume of 12.01 lakh shares, a 3.51-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.42 lakh shares. The stock lost 8.34% at Rs 885.20. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries' consolidated net profit fell 44% to Rs 888.05 crore on 53.8% surge in total income to Rs 6540.74 crore in Q4 March 2015 over Q4 March 2014. The result was announced after market hours on Friday, 29 May 2015.
BEML saw volume of 2.05 lakh shares, a 3.33-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 61,000 shares. The stock surged 5.22% at Rs 1,090.55.
