Karnataka Bank clocked volume of 15.09 lakh shares by 12:55 IST on BSE, a 12.20 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.24 lakh shares. The stock surged 8.64% at Rs 145.20.
Indiabulls Real Estate notched up volume of 62.59 lakh shares, a 7.01-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 8.93 lakh shares. The stock jumped 22.95% at Rs 51.70. The board of directors of Indiabulls Real Estate approved the preferential allotment of shares of the company to the promoter group entities. The announcement was made on Sunday, 21 June 2015
IPCA Laboratories saw volume of 1 lakh shares, a 5.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 17,000 shares. The stock advanced 0.94% at Rs 687.15.
UltraTech Cement Company clocked volume of 43,000 shares, a 3.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 12,000 shares. The stock rose 0.65% at Rs 2,820.65.
Igarashi Motors India saw volume of 1.27 lakh shares, a 3.42-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 37,000 shares. The stock surged 10.05% at Rs 531.
