KNR Constructions clocked volume of 4.67 lakh shares by 12:24 IST on BSE, a 60.60-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 8,000 shares. The stock hit a higher circuit limit of 5% to Rs 238.95.
WABCO India notched up volume of 15,000 shares, a 22.53-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock rose 0.92% to Rs 3,583.
Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company saw volume of 9.46 lakh shares, a 3.55-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.66 lakh shares. The stock rose 7.50% to Rs 202.85.
Alembic clocked volume of 23.22 lakh shares, a 3.02-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7.70 lakh shares. The stock rose 13.63% to Rs 39.60.
Rallis India saw volume of 2.06 lakh shares, a 2.80-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 74,000 shares. The stock rose 2.04% to Rs 242.70.
