Marico clocked volume of 25.93 lakh shares by 13:08 IST on BSE, a 74.12 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 35,000 shares. The stock rose 2.08% at Rs 445.90.
Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care notched up volume of 15,319 shares, a 47.14-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 325 shares. The stock fell 1.28% at Rs 5,667.55.
NTPC saw volume of 70.28 lakh shares, a 17.68-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.97 lakh shares. The stock rose 0.6% at Rs 134.50.
Godrej Consumer Products clocked volume of 58,000 shares, a 7.55-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 8,000 shares. The stock dropped 2.5% at Rs 1,284.50.
Sunil Hitech Engineers saw volume of 3.74 lakh shares, a 6.12-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 61,000 shares. The stock tumbled 19.22% at Rs 263.10.
