Volumes jump at Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols counter

ABG Shipyard, Edelweiss Financial Services, IDFC and Techno Electric & Engineering Company are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 24 July 2015.

Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols clocked volume of 2.52 lakh shares by 13:10 IST on BSE, a 530.21 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 475 shares. The stock jumped 7.6% at Rs 340.

ABG Shipyard notched up volume of 71.35 lakh shares, a 134.93-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 53,000 shares. The stock was up 3.2% at Rs 203.

Edelweiss Financial Services clocked volume of 3.37 crore shares, a 125.58-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.69 lakh shares. The stock advanced 1.83% at Rs 64.10.

IDFC clocked volume of 31.29 lakh shares, an 8.27-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.79 lakh shares. The stock rose 3.98% at Rs 159.45.

Techno Electric & Engineering Company saw volume of 1.01 lakh shares, a 6.48-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 16,000 shares. The stock was off 1.78% at Rs 520.
