Volumes jump at Saint-Gobain Sekurit India counter

DEN Networks, JM Financial, Divi's Laboratories and ACC are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 17 January 2014.

Saint-Gobain Sekurit India clocked volume of 33.82 lakh shares by 13:47 IST on BSE, a 39.09-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 87,000 shares. The stock spurted 15.19% at Rs 15.55.

DEN Networks notched up volume of 13.80 lakh shares, a 12.28-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.12 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.6% at Rs 155.20 after 0.28% equity changed hands in a bulk deal today, 17 January 2014. A bulk deal of 5.01 lakh shares was executed on the DEN Networks counter at Rs 156 per share at 10:03 IST on BSE today, 17 January 2014.

JM Financial saw volume of 40.08 lakh shares, a 11.06-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3.62 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.06% at Rs 28.70.

Divi's Laboratories saw volume of 1.03 lakh shares, a 8.75-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 12,000 shares. The stock lost 1.45% at Rs 1,271.

ACC clocked volume of 1.09 lakh shares, a 4.93-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 22,000 shares. The stock rose 0.18% at Rs 1,036.
