Volumes jump at Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation counter

Dalmia Bharat, Indiabulls Housing Finance, HEG, and Hercules Hoists are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 22 August 2014.

Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation clocked volume of 11.82 lakh shares by 13:40 IST on BSE, a 496.76-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock rose 3.25% at Rs 138.

Dalmia Bharat notched up volume of 5.30 lakh shares, a 105.87-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 5,000 shares. The stock rose 1.27% at Rs 473.45.

Indiabulls Housing Finance saw volume of 15.35 lakh shares, a 37.31-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 41,000 shares. The stock lost 1.71% at Rs 387.40.

HEG clocked volume of 1.87 lakh shares, a 12.76-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 15,000 shares. The stock jumped 7.85% at Rs 299.60.

Hercules Hoists saw volume of 6.09 lakh shares, a 7.2-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 85,000 shares. The stock surged 5.63% at Rs 215.75.
