VTM announces change in directorate

VTM announced that there has been a change in constitution of the Board due to the cessation in directorship of a director and appointment of a new director, and at present the Board strength remains the same at eight directors.

1. P. L. Subbiah : Ceased to be a Director

2. K. Vethachalam : Appointed as Director
