Weizmann announces appointment of MD

At board meeting held on 11 April 2016

Weizmann announced that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 11 April 2016, Neelkamal Vrajlal Siraj, Director of the Company has been appointed as a Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Weizmann with immediate effect subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
