WEP Solutions allots equity shares

WEP Solutions announced that Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated 29 July 2016, approved the allotment of 38,400 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- to the eligible employees upon exercise of the Options granted to them.
