Wockhardt allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Wockhardt announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 6,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 12 October 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

Pursuant to the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,472,015/- (110,494,403 equity share of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 552,502,015/- (110,500,403 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
