Xchanging Solutions announced that in connection with fixing of floor price for voluntary delisting of the equity shares of the Company from BSE & National Stock Exchange of India ("Delisting Proposal"), the Company has received a letter dated 01 June 2016 (along with a certificate issued by a chartered accountant dated 25 May 2016) on 02 June 2016 from CSC Technologies India stating the floor price for the Delisting Proposal, determined in accordance with regulation 15(2) of the Delisting Regulations read with regulation 8 of the Takeover Regulations, to be Rs 39.23.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
