Yes Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 2,16,895 (Two Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 11 January 2016 under the JESOP V, PESOPII and PESOPII - 2010 Plans.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,49,91,950 consisting of 41,94,99,195 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,71,60,900 consisting of 41,97,16,090 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
