Yes Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 43, 350 (Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on June 14, 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,20,99,80,910 consisting of 42,09,98,091 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,21,04,14,410 consisting of 42,10,41,441 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
