Zenith Computers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 February 2015, has passed a resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 25 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, to shift the Company's Registered Office and has authorized the Chairman & Managing Director to identify a suitable premises, finalize the terms and conditions and to decide the date of shifting the Registered Office after the Agreement in this regard has been registered with the Registrar of Assurances, Navi Mumbai:From : B-5, Electronic Sadan - 1, MIDC, TTC Area, Mahape, Thane Belapur Road, Navi Mumbai-400710
To : Plot No. EL 117, I Floor, TTC Area, MTOC, Mahape, Navi Mumbai - 400710.
The Company has accordingly shifted its Registered Office with effect from 06 June 2015 and the necessary Return is being filed with the ROC, Mumbai shortly, in due time.
