CCI imposes penalty of Rs 3 crore on Zuari Fertilisers & Chemicals
Zuari Agro Chemicals announced that The Competition Commission of India vide its Order dated 10 February 2015 which was issued on 02 March 2015 has imposed a penalty of Rs. 3 crore on Zuari Fertilisers & Chemicals, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 43A of Competition Act, 2002, with respect to notice filed under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of Competition Act, 2002 in connection with the acquisition of shares of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
