10 IS militants killed in Afghanistan
Afghan security forces on Saturday killed 10 Islamic State (IS) militants after repulsing an attack outside Assadabad, police said.
"Mullah Zahir, a local commander of the IS group, was among those killed in the fighting," police chief Juma Gul Hemat told reporters.
Two police personnel also sustained injuries.
