The parliamentary panel looking into the controversial 2G spectrum allocation issue Tuesday submitted its report to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, said its chairman P.C. Chacko.
The report, which has cleared the names of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister P. Chidambaram of any wrong doing but blames then telecom minister A. Raja, was adopted on Sep 27.
The report has dissent notes of some opposition members.
According to sources, the report has rubbished the estimates of the CAG pegging the loss at whopping Rs.1.76 lakh crore saying it was "ill-conceived".
