Berlin, April 22 (IANS/WAM) The 9th meeting of the UAE-German joint economic commission, held under the chairmanship of UAE's Economy Minister Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri and German Minister for Economics and Technology Philipp Roesler, has concluded here.
The closing meeting was co-chaired by Engineer Mohammed Ahmad bin Abdul Aziz Al Shehhi, UAE's undersecretary of the ministry of economy and Ruth Herks, the state secretary at the German federal ministry of economy and technology.
During the closing ceremony, Al Shehhi highlighted the investment and economic environment in the UAE, and underlined the scope of cooperation between the two countries.
The meetings of the UAE-German joint economic commission bolster the economic cooperation ties and trade exchange between the two countries, he added.
