The AAP is all set to take power in Delhi but its online donations are showing a steady fall.
On the day the Aam Aadmi Party received millions of votes Feb 7, it got only Rs.291,104 -- the lowest amount in a fortnight.
This fell further to Rs.161,199 the next day, rose to Rs.458,496 on Feb 9 and went up to Rs.565,867 on Feb 10 - the day the AAP secured a brute majority in the Delhi assembly.
The next day, the online donation again fell to Rs.430,392. The AAP web site does not say how much money it got Feb 12. On Thursday only Rs.80,031 was collected -- till 7.45 p.m.
The AAP has collected a total of Rs.18,49,87,448 from 46,568 donors spread across 73 countries and India since Nov 1, 2014.
