Popular southern actor Prakash Raj on Monday called on Telangana Information Technology and Panchayati Raj Minister K.T Rama Rao here and expressed his interest to adopt Kondareddipalle village in Mahabubnagar district.
Rama Rao said on his official Facebook page that he lauded the idea of Prakash Raj and introduced him to District Collector Sridevi and legislator Anjaiah.
He also shared pictures from the meeting.
Not long ago, superstar Mahesh Babu expressed his desire to adopt his ancestral village Buripalem, native place of his father G. Krishna.
In his last Telugu release "Srimanthudu"; Mahesh played a millionaire who adopts a village.
