AirAsia India appoints Amar Abrol as Managing Director

Budget passenger carrier AirAsia India on Monday announced the appointment of Amar Abrol as its Managing Director in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

According to the airline, Abrol was appointed as the Managing Director following the company's board meeting held on 29 November 2016. Abrol was appointed as CEO of the airline in April 2016.

Currently, AirAsia India flies to 11 destinations with its two hubs in Bengaluru and New Delhi.
