Actress Aishwarya Dutta has been roped in as one of the leads in actor Vikram Prabhu's next yet-untitled Tamil outing with director S.R. Prabhakaran.

"Aishwarya was finalised (for the film) on Monday. She plays one of the leads and essays a very important role," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

For her role, Aishwarya will undergo a makeover.

"Contrary to everything she has done so far, she will be seen in a very different role," the source added.

The film, which will go on the floors on March 10 in Trichy, also features Manjima Mohan.

The project is being bankrolled by Satyajothi Films and will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
