Troubled star Amanda Bynes, who was arrested Sep 28, 2014 for Driving Under Influence (DUI), will not face charges.
The attorney's office here has opted not to press charges against Bynes after "much deliberation and review". Her case is now being forwarded to the LA county district attorney's office as a possible probation violation, reports eonline.com.
Frank Mateljan, spokesman for the city attorney's office said: "As you know, she is currently on probation to the Los Angeles district attorney's office for a 2012 DUI out of Beverly Hills.
"The matter was referred yesterday. No further action (in our office) is scheduled on this matter."
Her arrest came just six months after she got her driving license back following its suspension in September 2012, following two alleged hit-and-run incidents in that year, but the charges for those were later dismissed.
Bynes was also charged in April 2012 with DUI after she crashed into a police car in West Hollywood, but the charge was also dropped in February 2014, with her being sentenced to three years of probation for reckless driving as part of a plea deal.
Following three months of alcohol education classes, her licence was restored.
