Andhra cop killed in misfire

A police constable working as the security guard of Andhra Pradesh Marketing Minister C. Adinarayana Reddy died when his gun accidentally went off, police said on Thursday.

Chandrasekhar Reddy died when the gun which he was cleaning at his house went off. The incident occurred in Kadapa district after Reddy had returned home after duty.

The constable was critically injured in the misfire and died on his way to a private hospital.
