Actor Arpit Ranka got a surprise visit from his one and a half month old son, Arnidh, on the set of the popular TV show "Chandra-Nandni".
Arpit was surprised to see his wife, Nidhi, on the set.
Arpit's reel life daughter, actress Shweta Basu Prasad, was thrilled to entertain the child.
"It was actually a surprise visit for me when Arnidh and Nidhi both came on set," Arpit said in a statement.
"The entire cast was overwhelmed with the presence of such a tiny baby on the set and everyone was queuing up in between shots to play with him and cuddle him. I'm glad my son got so many blessings from everyone present," he added.
The Star Plus show features Rajat Tokas in the role of Chandragupta Maurya -- who was the founder of the Maurya Empire -- and Shweta as Nandni.

Benny Dayal turns stylist for 'The Voice Season 2'
Singer Benny Dayal, who will next be seen as a coach on the upcoming second season of singing reality show "The Voice India", has himself styled his look for the show. He will appear in an unconventional avatar which denotes hip-hop mixed with high street fashion.
"My look on the show is very me. I have worked on my looks for many years now," Dayal said in a statement.
"People usually wear T-shirts and jacket, but I prefer jacket over shirt. I really love shirts and I believe it makes a man look really smart. I usually wear jackets with Harem pants so that they look fit coupled with nice sneakers that stand out on stage," he added.
Dayal, who has created a string of hits like "Let's naacho" and "Badtameez dil", will be joined by singers Shaan, Neeti Mohan and Salim Merchant.
