Australia replace Sandhu with Conway in team facing India

New South Wales (NSW) fast bowler Harry Conway replaced bowler Gurinder Sandhu in the CA XI squad in the first tour match against India as the Indian-origin player was selected for the NSW Blues' squad that will play South Australia in their Sheffield Shield clash Nov 25.

The CA XI will face the touring Indian team at the Gliderol Stadium in South Australia Nov 24-25.

Conway who is in his second year of state cricket, has been a regular in the NSW second XI and Futures League teams over the past two seasons. The 22-year-old represented Australia at the International Cricket Council's Under-19 World Cup in Australia in 2012.
