Award-winning filmmaker Bruno Aveillan is set to make his feature directorial debut with "Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters 2" for Paramount Pictures.
Aveillan will continue the adventures of the witch-hunting siblings played by Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton in the first instalment of the film, which released in 2013, reports deadline.com.
Aveillan is known for his blend of cinematic style and groundbreaking effects which he displayed with short films for branded content that included Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Swarovski, Audi and Samsung. Tommy Wirkola wrote and directed the original.
Adam McKay, Will Ferrell and Kevin Messick are producing through Gary Sanchez Productions, with Beau Flynn and his FlynnPictureCo.
