After crooning super-hit numbers like "Paani da rang", "Saddi gali" and "Tu hi tu" for his films, Ayushmann Khurrana is set to release his first single "O mutiyare".
"I will launch a single soon. The name of the song is 'O mutiyare'. It's a Punjabi soft rock. I will shoot its video soon," said the actor here at the sidelines of the special screening of "Ship of Theseus" hosted by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the actor will be wrapping up the shoot of Yash Raj Film's untitled project with Sonam Kapoor this week.
He describes his fashionista co-star Sonam a "simple girl at heart".
"Four days of the shoot is left. It has been a wonderful experience working with Sonam. She is a more experienced actor than me. She is very down to earth and a simple girl at heart," said Ayushmann, who made his debut with "Vicky Donor" last year.
Directed by Mohit Chaddha, the Yash Raj film is set to release in September this year.
