Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Thursday directed DDA to work on digital delivery of services and to redress public grievances online.
Baijal's directions came after he met Delhi Development Authority (DDA) officials at Vikas Sadan here.
After meeting the officials, he tweeted: "Met DDA officials at Vikas Sadan. Emphasised on digital delivery of services. Will keenly watch timely completion of projects."
"Directed DDA to work on redressing public grievances online," he added.
The Lt. Governor said there will be greater focus on increasing "green areas" in Delhi and provision of sanitary landfill sites and their beautification.
