The oilmen rode on double strikes from Inderjeet Singh and Prabhjot Singh, with Roshan Minz, Dipak Thakur and Bikramjit Singh scoring one apiece in the one-sided exchange at the Salt Lake Sports Authority of India campus.
Rama Rao was the only goal getter for Canara Bank.
In the day's other game, Prashant Tirkey, Tophil Kujur, Rajendra Oraon and Sanjit Toppo found the target for Bhubaneswar Hostel. Yuraj Walmiki and Affan Yousuf were the successful marksmen for the railway side.
