Bengal governor to oversee Bihar too

West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi will oversee Bihar too, it was announced Sunday.

A Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said President Pranab Mukherjee had told Tripathi to discharge the functions of the Bihar governor until a new governor is named to succeed incumbent D.Y. Patil, whose tenure ends Nov 26.
