Following Kanye West's reported breakdown, singer Beyonce Knowles has been persuading her husband Jay Z to extend the olive branch and repair his friendship with the rapper.
According to a report in The Sun, Beyonce is urging Jay Z to let bygones be bygones, and he is coming round to the idea as he sees West is in trouble, reports dailymail.co.uk.
The news report also claimed that the two rappers have distanced themselves from each other - and the divide is speculated to have contributed to West's issues.
"No matter what has happened between them, Kanye has always been Jay's little bro and Jay has always called him his 'familia'. Beyonce and Jay Z are making plans to connect with the rapper 'quietly and in private to avoid any media storm but just to let him know they are there for him," said a source.
There are reports that West has had a 'mental breakdown' from pushing himself too hard with his Pablo tour and design commitments. He was hospitalised after abruptly cancelling the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour earlier this week.
The hospitalisation came after a tumultuous week for the rapper. During his Sacramento concert on Saturday night, West went on another rant, taking aim at Beyonce - among others - before asking Jay Z to call him.
