A court here has issued notice to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and others on a petition that accused him of involvement in misleading promotion of a shaving cream.
Petitioner Rajkumar Pandey told the media here that the court had directed Shah Rukh Khan, the company concerned and two others to file their responses on his plea by August 26.
Pandey alleged that after he used the shaving cream endorsed by Shah Rukh he suffered boils on his face and was forced to get medical treatment.
The petitioner claimed that he got the shaving cream tested from the Food and Drugs Department and found it to be substandard.
