Southern composer Yuvan Shankar Raja will receive the audio of upcoming Tamil action-comedy "Biriyani", which also happens to be his 100th album, as his 34th birthday gift here Aug 31.
Yuvan posted on his Twitter page: "We are planning to release (the audio) on Aug 31. (I) thought it would be a good treat for my fans on my birthday."
The audio launch of "Biriyani" was earlier scheduled to be released Aug 15, but it was later called off.
On Aug 31, an event along with the audio launch of the film is expected to be organized to honour Yuvan's contribution to Tamil cinema through music.
However, Yuvan is equally disappointed due to the leak of songs from "Biriyani".
"Upset about this, but good to see where the world's heading, whatever's meant to be will be. But piracy is wrong," posted Yuvan on Twitter.
"Biriyani", which is directed by Venkat Prabhu, features Karthi Sivakumar and Hansika Motwani in lead roles. It is slated for a September release.
