Bollywood star Sonakshi Sinha is expected to join the bandwagon of the Pro Wrestling League (PWL) as a part of the Uttar Pradesh franchise.
Apart from Sonakshi, several other Bollywood personalities are tipped to be a part of the franchise and team mascot.
The PWL -- the richest wrestling tournament in the world -- is scheduled to be held from December 10-27 and is expected to have a pan-India reach.
Sonakshi is the latest Bollywood star to be associated with the PWL after legendary actor Dharmendra, who co-owns the Punjab franchise.
"Talks are at the final stage and an official announcement is expected early next week," a PWL official said.
The UP franchise is owned by real estate developer Lotus Greens and the team is studded with top stars like double Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar and World Champion Alina Stadnik.
