Spirit manufacturer BOLS Kyndal Wednesday launched its premier 'XO Excellence' brandy in the national capital.
"The company expects a positive response to the new launch in the Delhi market. The premium brandy market is still at a nascent stage in Delhi, however, we expect to capture a sizable portion in the coming time," Pushpanjali Banerji, brand director, BOLS Kyndal India, told IANS.
According to Banerji, the company expects its sales in the current fiscal to grow at 10 percent.
The company's offtake is about 500,000 cases of whisky and brandy per annum and the annual turnover stands at around Rs.300 crore.
Currently, the joint venture (JV) firm between Amsterdam-based Lucas BOLS and Kyndal India is the biggest manufacturer of premium brandy in south India.
