Brazil's medical staff is monitoring David Luiz and Marquinhos as the Paris Saint-Germain pair battle to be fit for friendlies against France and Chile.
Luiz is currently sidelined with a thigh injury while Marquinhos has a hamstring strain, reported Xinhua.
Striker Diego Tardelli also has a knee injury that has forced him to miss Shandong Luneng's past three matches.
"We are keeping an eye on what is happening," Brazil team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar told Globoesporte on Tuesday.
"We hope to be updated by Wednesday, to know how the players are recovering. We're also waiting for the results of some exams."
Brazil will play France in Paris on March 26 before confronting Chile in London three days later.
The fixtures will be the last chance for coach Dunga to assess his options before choosing his squad for the Copa America, to be played in Chile from June 11 to July 4.
