The National Security Advisors (NSAs) from BRICS countries -- Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa -- on Wednesday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here.

According to an official source, India's NSA Ajit Doval too was present on the occasion.

India and all other BRICS member nations have been cooperating with each other on various issues concerning terrorism, strategic importance and especially cyber security.

In 2013 NSAs from BRICS countries had decided to include cyber security as a key area of deliberation.
