Cruzeiro's Cameroonian striker Joel is in talks to join a Chinese Super League club next year, the footballer's agent said.
Cruzeiro have agreed to sell the former Cameroon under-20 representative if the price is right, agent Juan Figer said on Tuesday, reports Xinhua.
"We have a contact. There is the interest of a Chinese team in Joel. There is nothing concrete, something that we can speak to the media. In time, everyone will know," Figer was quoted as saying by Brazilian portal Sambafoot.
Joel joined Cruzeiro from their Brazilian Serie A rivals Coritiba in January.
The 22-year-old has struggled for opportunities at the Belo Horizonte club, scoring just three goals from 23 appearances, many of which came as a substitute.
