Canon India on Tuesday appointed Gary Lee as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President who will oversee finance and taxation, legal and corporate communication divisions in the country.
Lee replaces Anuj Aggarwal who has been elevated to Canon Marketing Philippines as Vice President, the company said in a statement.
"At Canon India, we consider our employees to be the biggest assets of our organisation and with this leadership transition, I am extremely proud to see Canon India becoming an integral part of this global leadership movement," said Kazutada Kobayashi, President and CEO, Canon India.
"Aggarwal's contribution to the growth of Canon in India has been monumental. I am confident that he will continue adding more feathers to the progress of Canon Marketing Philippines."
Set up in 1997, Canon markets over 200 comprehensive range of sophisticated contemporary digital imaging products and solutions in India.
The company has offices and warehouses in 14 cities across the country and employs over 1,000 people.
Canon has global presence of 317 subsidiaries all over the world, supported by 189,571 employees.
