Former Real Madrid captain Iker Casillas, currently the goalkeeper of Porto, says his former club "looks very good".
"Real Madrid looks very good. They have reinforced themselves very well, they have some great players," Efe quoted Casillas as saying on Monday upon his arrival in the Spanish city of Leganes.
Casillas, captain of the 2010 FIFA World Cup-winning Spanish team, attributed Real Madrid's draw with Sporting Gijon to a lack of rhythm, and stressed that his former team played well.
"I hope that Real continue as they played against Betis," Casillas said, adding that he is "happy" with his new life in Portugal.
As for the future, the veteran player said he hopes the Champions League final will reunite Porto with Real Madrid on the field, "I hope that Porto get to the final in San Siro and play against Real Madrid."
