Fans will be able to see the Hockey India League (HIL) semifinals and final matches for just Rs.100 as the ticket sales for both days commenced Monday.
The semifinals and final are scheduled Feb 22 and 23, respectively, in Ranchi and the tickets can be booked online at www.ticketgenie.in.
The price of the general ticket is Rs.100 while for VIP seating it is Rs.200. These rates are applicable for the North Stand (Block B) and East Stand (Block C and D) of the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium while the tickets for West Stand - upper floor are being sold for Rs.200 for the semis and Rs.300 for the final.
"HIL 2014 is being organised with a motto to promote hockey across levels and to take the excitement of all fans to the next level. So we decided to keep it at a low price, enabling the crowd to enjoy the league and cheer for their states," said HIL chairman Narinder Batra.
The six-team month-long tournament starts with the Jaypee Punjab Warriors vs Delhi Wave Riders match at Mohali Jan 25.
