The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will Tuesday hold an information communication technology (ICT) conference here involving Gen Next, the industry chamber said.
"CII is all set to hold a conference on ICT Innovations for Next Generation with an aim to showcase the best practices, innovations and technologies in the ICT sector and the role of youth, which can bring about a revolution in the society," it said in a statement.
"This conference will provide a strong footing for promoting entrepreneurship and growth of small businesses which are one of the key drivers of economic growth of the nation," said conference chairman Vijay Thadani, who is also chief executive of NIIT.
In the current scenario, businesses are becoming increasingly agile, and technologies such as social media, mobility, analytics and cloud computing (SMAC) are coming together to unleash unlimited opportunities.
