It was a clear and warm Sunday for the national capital with the maximum temperature recorded three notches above average at 28 degrees Celsius, a weather official said. Monday is expected to see similar weather.
Shallow fog enveloped the national capital early morning, and the minimum temperature was recorded at 10 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year.
The maximum and minimum humidity was recorded at 93 and 37 percent, respectively.
The maximum temperature Monday is expected to be around 27 degrees Celsius, and minimum around 10 degrees Celsius.
"Shallow fog will blanket the national capital in the early hours. The sky will remain clear through the day," said an India Meteorological Department official.
