"I will set up a group in the party to examine electoral reforms, especially political funding," she said at the All India Congress Committee meeting on the concluding day of the 'Chintan Shivir' here.
"Various suggestions are being debated in government and non-government forums. We need to implement them. The party group will suggest an action plan," she said.
