Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely Wednesday warned Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of an agitation if the scenario of long electricity cuts does not improve.
"I have written a letter to the chief minister, bringing his notice to the long power cuts in the capital. Imagine what would happen in summer when power demand would be at its peak," Lovely told IANS.
"Is this how he wants to reduce the power bills? We will launch an agitation if the situation does not improve," he said.
The Aam Aadmi Party government has provided 50 percent subsidy in power tariff to those consumers who use up to 400 units.
