Congress wins Kerala by-poll
Congress candidate K.A. Sabarinathan on Tuesday won
the Aruvikara assembly constituency by-election in Kerala.
He was ahead of his rivals when the counting of votes crossed the half way mark.
The assembly constituency witnessed a triangular contest between the Congress, the CPI-M and the BJP.
