Contrary to the reports that Kangana Ranaut opted out of Sujoy Ghosh's "Durga Rani Singh" over remuneration issue, the actress said she had some prior commitments, hence, could not accommodate the film.
"I had prior commitments, so I could not do Sujoy Ghosh's film," Kangana said here Monday at the unveiling of new collection by Tanishq.
"But it is an amazing film ('Durga Rani Singh'), amazing script and he will do best whatever it will be," she added.
Initially, Vidya Balan, who worked with Ghosh in "Kahaani", was signed for the project, but she quit for unknown reasons and the project got shelved for a while.
Later, Ghosh, impressed with Kangana's performance in "Queen", signed her for "Durga Rani Singh".
Now, after Kangana's exit, Ghosh is again on a lookout and reports suggest that Kareena Kapoor is being considered for "Durga Rani Singh".
